Bukidnon Forest Incorporated

Bukidnon Forest Incorporated (BFI) derives its corporate personality from and pursuant to the Corporation Code and has been duly issued certificate of registration by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Thus, BFI is a government owned and controlled corporation without legislated original charter and acquired its juridical existence in accordance with the corporation code.

BFI is a joint forest business venture between the Philippines and New Zealand. It is now tasked by both governments to manage and implement the Industrial Forest Management Agreement (IFMA No. 006) which is the commercialization of forest resources.

 Philippine Mining Development Corporation
 

The PMDC (then NRMDC) was incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 4, 2003, pursuant to an authority contained in a Memorandum of the President of the Philippines dated April 9, 2003.

The PMDC is a wholly-owned and controlled government corporation with an initial authorized capital stock of One Hundred Million Pesos (100,000,000.00), 44% of the equity of which was from the Natural Resources Development Corporation (NRDC), 36% from the Philippine National Oil Corporation (PNOC) and 20% National Development Corporation (NDC).
